Start small and fixed-price,
or run it as a platform.
Two ways to buy. Begin with a fixed-price service engagement — from a £2,500 Audit, live in 14 days — to prove the value where it hurts most. Or run the fleet as a platform on a tier that scales with the roles you operate. Most operators start with the first and grow into the second.
Start small. Fixed scope, fixed price, fixed timeline.
The way to begin: prove the value on one painful workflow before you commit to a platform. The Audit is the front door, and it credits in full against anything you sign next.

The speed pledge
A production agent goes live in 14 days on Pilot, 21 on Embed and 28 on Partner. If we miss it, the next month is on us. Beyond the tiers, a full Platform engagement runs the fleet as an ongoing service — see how we work for the method behind it.
Run the fleet as a platform
Once the value is proven, run it as a standing service. One implementation to wire the fleet into your business, then a platform fee that scales with the roles you operate. The ranges below show where most operators land — we map exact pricing on a demo.

Two costs are passed through at cost
AI usage and cloud infrastructure are billed on top of the platform fee, at cost — you only pay for what the fleet actually consumes. There’s no markup and no minimum, and both appear as their own line so you can always see exactly what you’re paying for.
The guardrails come as standard
Governance isn't an upsell. Whichever lane you start in, every fleet ships with the same controls that make autonomy safe to switch on.
Isolated by tenant
Your fleet runs in its own isolated cloud environment — no shared runtime between clients.
Approved sends only
Every external message needs a signed, time-limited, recipient-bound authorisation.
Tamper-evident audit
Every action is attributed and written to an append-only security-event ledger.

What exactly is a “role”?
A role is a named AI employee with a defined job — credit control, bid writing, property compliance, management accounts. Each role runs standing routines on a schedule, acts inside your real systems, and reports to a person on the channels you already use. You add roles to the fleet as the work demands.
How long does it take to deploy?
Implementation runs in weeks, not quarters. We start with the roles that hurt most, wire each one into your live systems, and bring them online once they’re doing real work safely. You review the output before anything goes external.
Who owns the data?
You do. Your fleet runs in your own isolated cloud environment — there is no shared runtime between clients. Secrets sit in a managed vault, every action is written to a tamper-evident audit ledger, and agent memory and personal data are kept out of operator logs.
Can we start with a single role?
Yes. Most operators begin with one high-impact function — credit control or bid writing is common — prove the value, then expand the fleet. The pricing tiers describe where most operators land, not a minimum you have to buy into.
What's the difference between the two lanes?
The Services lane is how you start: a fixed-price engagement on a fixed timeline, beginning with the £2,500 Audit, to prove the value on one workflow. The Platform lane is how you scale once that's proven: a standing platform fee that grows with the roles you run. You don't have to choose up front — most operators start in Services and grow into Platform.
Is the Audit really credited back?
Yes. The £2,500 AI Readiness Audit is credited in full against any engagement you sign within 30 days, so if you carry on it costs you nothing. You keep the readiness audit, the ranked workflows and the named-outcome roadmap either way.
What about our existing systems?
The agents work inside the tools you already run rather than asking you to move to a new platform. We connect to systems including Microsoft 365, Outlook and Teams, SharePoint, MRI, Fixflo, Companies House, Procore, Business Central and WhatsApp. If a role needs a system we haven’t connected yet, that wiring is part of implementation.
